1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout this document and all supplementary policies published on the lucky567 platform.

• "lucky567" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to the lucky567 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at lucky567.pro and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" — refers to any individual who has registered, or is in the process of registering, a lucky567 account, or who accesses or uses any part of the lucky567 platform.
• "Account" — the personal, non-transferable gaming account created by a Player upon completing the lucky567 registration process.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency used for all deposits, withdrawals, bets, and displayed balances on lucky567.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other non-cash incentive granted to a Player's lucky567 account by the platform.
• "Real Money Balance" — the PKR balance held in a Player's lucky567 account that was deposited directly using a supported payment method and is not subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional credits subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn from lucky567.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures including identity document checks and proof of payment method ownership.
• "Services" — all games, sports betting markets, live casino products, Cockfighting markets, jackpot slots, and other features available through lucky567.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register a lucky567 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions simultaneously:

• You are aged 18 years or older at the time of registration.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list in any jurisdiction that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.
• You have not previously had a lucky567 account suspended or permanently closed by the platform for rule violations.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

lucky567 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any stage, including at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of periodic account reviews. Required documents may include government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of any payment method linked to your account.

3Account Obligations

As a registered lucky567 Player, you accept ongoing responsibility for the following:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your lucky567 username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
• Notifying lucky567 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Keeping the contact details registered on your lucky567 account — including your mobile number used for Easypaisa, JazzCash, or OTP verification — accurate and up to date.
• Ensuring that all deposits made to your lucky567 account originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will trigger a withdrawal hold pending investigation.
• Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction relating to online gaming and financial transactions.

lucky567 is not liable for any losses, including PKR balance losses, that arise from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials. If you believe your account security has been compromised, contact lucky567 support immediately via Live Chat or WhatsApp.

4Deposits & Payments

lucky567 accepts PKR deposits via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, SadaPay, HBL online banking, UBL online banking, MCB Bank online banking, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Supported payment methods may change over time and the current list is always published in the lucky567 Cashier section.

• Minimum deposit: 500 PKR (or equivalent in USDT at the prevailing rate).
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your lucky567 account balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, MCB) are credited within the timeframe stated in the Cashier at the time of deposit initiation.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are credited upon receipt of the required number of blockchain confirmations, typically within 15 minutes.
• lucky567 does not charge any deposit processing fees. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control.

lucky567 does not accept deposits made by credit card facilities, whether direct or via payment aggregators. Deposits must come from a Player's own verified funds.

5Withdrawals

lucky567 processes PKR withdrawal requests on the same business day they are submitted, subject to the conditions in this section. The following rules apply to all withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 500 PKR.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless a formal payment method change has been approved by lucky567's KYC team.
• Only the Real Money Balance portion of your lucky567 account is withdrawable. Bonus Balance becomes withdrawable only after the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• lucky567 reserves the right to request KYC verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security procedure and not indicative of any wrongdoing.
• Where a Player has received a Bonus within the past 30 days, lucky567 may require confirmation that the associated wagering requirement has been met before releasing a withdrawal.

lucky567 does not charge withdrawal fees. If your mobile wallet provider or bank charges a receiving fee, that fee is the Player's responsibility. lucky567 may set maximum single-transaction withdrawal amounts at its discretion; where applicable, such limits are displayed in the Cashier at the time of the request.

6Bonuses & Promotions

lucky567 offers a range of promotional bonuses including deposit match bonuses, free spins, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms in addition to the specific conditions published with each promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified lucky567 accounts only. Eligibility criteria for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the promotion. Unmet bonuses expire at the end of their validity period without compensation.
• lucky567 reserves the right to reclaim any Bonus Balance — and winnings generated from Bonus Balance — if evidence of promotional abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion is detected.
• Bonuses claimed using incorrect promotional codes, or through methods not authorised by lucky567, are void and will be removed from the account balance.
• Only one bonus may be active on a lucky567 account at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

7Game Rules & Integrity

All games available through lucky567 — including live casino tables, jackpot slots, Cockfighting markets, and instant games — are supplied by third-party providers and governed by that provider's certified rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms on a point not explicitly addressed here, the game provider's rules take precedence for that specific game.

• All slot and RNG games at lucky567 use independently certified random number generation systems. Published RTP percentages reflect the certified configuration deployed on the platform.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical cards, wheels, or other game apparatus operated by human dealers in certified studios. lucky567 does not influence live game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live table game, any completed game round — as determined by the game provider's server — will stand. Bets placed on rounds that had not commenced when a disconnection occurred will be returned.
• lucky567 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error materially affected the fairness of the outcome.

For Cockfighting markets, match results are determined by the outcome declared by the licensed venue conducting the fight. lucky567 does not have influence over Cockfighting event outcomes and publishes results as reported by the event organiser. In the event of a disputed result, lucky567 will await the official declaration from the event organiser before settling bets.

8Sports Betting Rules

lucky567 offers sports betting markets including cricket (with full HBL Pakistan Super League, Test, and T20I coverage), football, kabaddi, and other sports. The following general sports betting rules apply across all markets:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and the confirmed odds for each bet are recorded in your lucky567 bet slip.
• Minimum single bet stake: 50 PKR. Maximum stake limits per market are displayed on the bet placement screen.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced will only be accepted if the In Play Betting market is explicitly open. lucky567 reserves the right to refuse or void late bets where the platform's systems detect an unacceptably long delay between the odds being displayed and the bet being received.
• Palpable errors in odds — including prices that are obviously incorrect due to a human or technical error — will result in those bets being voided. lucky567 will notify affected players and return their stakes in PKR.
• For cricket events, bets on matches abandoned due to weather or other causes are handled in accordance with the sport-specific rules published in the lucky567 Help Centre. Typically, a minimum number of overs must have been completed for bets to stand.

9Responsible Gaming

lucky567 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from the account settings area after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your lucky567 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure time alerts that notify you when your gaming session has reached a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your lucky567 account for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. The cool-off activates immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from lucky567. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours. During an active self-exclusion, you will not receive marketing communications from lucky567 and your account will be inaccessible.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lucky567. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one lucky567 account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer any lucky567 game, software, or system.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, interact with games, or exploit promotional offers.
• Colluding with other players in live games or sports betting markets.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or attempting to use lucky567 for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting obvious errors in game software, odds, or promotions — including but not limited to palpable odds errors and software display bugs.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or account restriction that has been placed on a lucky567 account.
• Harassing or threatening lucky567 support agents or any other player through any communication channel.

11Account Suspension & Closure

lucky567 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.
• Failure to provide adequate KYC documentation within 14 days of a formal request.
• Chargebacks or disputes raised against lucky567 with a payment provider without prior contact with lucky567 support.
• Evidence that an account is being used in breach of these Terms, any applicable law, or any supplementary lucky567 policy.
• A request from the account holder themselves, such as a self-exclusion request.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than player-initiated self-exclusion, lucky567 will return any confirmed Real Money Balance to the player's last verified payment method following the completion of an investigation. Bonus Balance is non-refundable upon account closure for rule violations.

12Intellectual Property

All content on the lucky567 platform — including but not limited to the lucky567 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of lucky567 or its licensed content suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the lucky567 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any lucky567 content without prior written permission from lucky567. Unauthorised commercial use of any lucky567 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lucky567 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of PKR funds resulting from a Player's own failure to maintain account security, including sharing of login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the lucky567 platform.
• Losses arising from temporary platform unavailability, technical maintenance, or circumstances beyond lucky567's reasonable control.
• Any reliance on information provided on the lucky567 platform that does not constitute a formal contractual commitment.
• Losses or costs incurred by a Player as a result of gambling on lucky567, beyond the return of any amounts specifically owed under these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits lucky567's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14Privacy & Data

lucky567 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between lucky567 and its Players. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and platform use — including your Pakistan mobile number, payment method details, and betting activity — is used to operate your account, process PKR transactions, verify identity, prevent fraud, and provide customer support. lucky567 does not sell personal data to third parties.

Lucky567 retains account and transaction records for a minimum of five years following account closure in accordance with standard anti-money laundering and Know Your Customer obligations applicable to online gaming operators.

15Amendments to These Terms

lucky567 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes that affect how withdrawals are processed, how bonuses are governed, or what conduct is prohibited — lucky567 will notify registered Players via their registered contact details or via a prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of the lucky567 platform after an amendment has been published and the notification period has elapsed constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the lucky567 platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on the lucky567 website at lucky567.pro/terms-and-conditions. The effective date is shown at the top of the document.
